I noted there are several Furnishings that grant this moghancement, but several of them are diffrent elements. How would I avoid gaining one of the elemental moghancements and strengthen my Desynth (If it can be strengthened). Also, any tips on preforming Desynth would be nice if anyone cares to share. Thanks again.

The easiest way would be to have multiples of one of those items. Choose the element you want. But i'm not sure if mixing and matching will give you the same results. Hope this helps

When picking the Moghancement you want, you have to choose the element to go with, and just load up on that. Having multiple furniture items that all provide Moghancement: Desynthesis won't help, if they aren't all of the same element.

To best utilize the Moghancements, many crafters who do a lot of desynthesis work like to be able to switch between Desynthesis and Lightning Moghancements; the Desynthesis one increases the chance of a HQ when desynthesizing, but Lighting reduces the chance of losing an item when the desynthesis fails, so they both have their uses. Getting to the Powerful level of energy is pretty easy, with the ability to switch between both kinds: get 26 Tarutaru Stool items and place it in your Mog House for Overwhelming energy, with a Desynthesis Moghancement. If you get the Rycharde Quests done up to Expertise, the Tableware Set obtained from that can be placed in the Mog House to switch the energy over to a Lightning Moghancement. That way you can switch between both of those useful Moghancements, just by changing one piece of furniture.

26 stools will not give you overwhelming power. You need 51 for overwhelming.

I have 1 Alcolyte's Grief, 4 Ancient Blood, 1 Wastebasket, and 18 Tarutaru Stools. (54 element power according to the site.) I'm still not getting a 'powerful' moghancement. Anyone see a flaw? Thanks. ^^

Back when I experimented with this, I found (or thought I found) that desynthesis moghance helped your success/failure rate (HQ rate seemed to stay the same for me). Of course, none of the moghancements really made it feasible for me, as I still ended up blowing up way too much stuff.

Lightning does reduce the chance of losing items, however, there are some desynth recipes that use dark and wind crystals.
