It is rumored that the following items are obtained by trading a Sin (rare/ex) to the NPC Meret in Tavnazian Safehold:

Mar's Ring
Bellona's Ring
Minerva's Ring
Ninurta's Sash
Raphael's Rod
Aureole
Futsu no Mitama

The following two items are rumored to be obtained by trading an Aura (rare/ex) to the NPC Meret in Tavnazian Safehold:

Novio Earring
Novia Earring

The following three items are proven to be obtained by trading a Vice to the NPC Meret in Tavnazian Safehold:

Merciful Cape -- Vice of Antipathy
Altruistic Cape -- Vice of Avarice
Astute Cape -- Vice of Aspersion

It is currently unknown as to where to obtain the 7 Sins and the 2 Auras. There is speculation that Absolute Virtue may drop them. The 3 Vices are dropped from the following places:

Vice of Antipathy -- Ix'aern in Hu'Xzoi.
Vice of Avarice -- Ix'aern on the first floor of Ru'Hmet.
Vice of Aspersion -- Ix'aern on the second floor of Ru'Hmet.
