For anyone whos wanting to camp this thing, im going to let you know, this is one of the most screwed up PH's ever.
The Goblin Swordsman PH, includes 2 Guaranteed add's, no way to pull w/o them, they follow him and attack whoever hes fighting. Then there is 2-5 additional gobs around him.
Everyone of these Mobs are T~
So unless you got an alliance, youll need to use my strategy...
2-3 BLM (2 is bare minimum and will result in occasional deaths), SMN, and RDM to help with sleeps
SMN Fenrir and attack a mob, retreat fenrir, Invisible up.
Once Swordsman links, BLM pick it off with stun. SMN run to the zone. If anyones around zone you may want to let them know youll be training.
BLM must kill the swordsman FAST AS POSSIBLE. must kill before adds get back.
This is very risky, and can go wrong easily. Expect lots of deaths.
No clue on NM strat yet, no pop yet ; ;

Ok More info on this, killed NM Twice.
NM is sleepable, best setup ive found is 3-4 BLM's (3 is minimum) and 1-2 SMN. The second smn is basically backup trainer. When mobs are almost back to BLM's, order avatar on them and train to zone.
the 3 BLM's kill PH off asap, invis and run for zone, if any add's just sleep em and run.
PH can pop on North or South bridge (The page on this NM says only I9, but it can pop on the north bridge too, same with NM, PH and NM pops on either bridge.)
the NM itself is roughly same strength as the PH, maybe 2-3 levels higher. He is sleepable, yet the NM and PH are highly resistant to Sleep1 (Sleep2 works fine, but Sleep1 hardly sticks... even though its only T, and my sleep1 sticks easy on VT Elementals.)
Darksteel Codpeice is the common drop, while collar is rare.
Gives 100~ exp on chain 1 with 5 people in party.
