Just talk to all of your city gaurds. One of them can assign you missions.

I meant where are they listed on this site? Under what catagory can I look up the details, which NPC's are used, which zones...etc.

At this point we don't have the missions listed on the site. They will hopefully be added in the near future, once we adjust some of the databases to handle them.
