A few questions on the New Patch

I've got a few questions about the changes made in the new patch, I hope someone will be able to answer me ^^

1) I noticed that in the official info they said they changed "something" to EVERY charged item. By "charged item" I mean those items with "charges", like the Warp Cudgel, or the Kingdom Stable Collar and so on.
What I would like to know is... what kind of changes did they do?

2) I've heard several times that there is a "quest" to "recharge" those kind of items. Is that true? What quest is it? Does it work for every chargeable item?

3) In your opinion, what's the use of having Homing and Return ring? I mean one costs 2500 CP with 10 charges, the other 9000 with 30 charges... Why would I spend 9000 for 30 instead that 2500*3=7500?

4) I know that some chargeable items recharge themselves after a while (like the Signal Pearl, only one charge, it recharges after 20 hours). How can you tell if a chargeable item is "autorecharging" or not? Looking at its stats, I mean...

5) I've tried several times to do the Supply quest for Tavnazian Archipelago, but can never get it from the guard. The region was under my city control (of course) and I see there is an outpost in Lu Faise Meadows, but still I can't get the quest. notice that I'm currently on PM 2-3 (Phomiuna Aqueducts), so I have Tavnazian Safehold access. Maybe it's not possible to do Supply Quest there? and what about Tu'Lia region? I see there is an outpost there too...

6) About the 4 items (u know what I'm talking about) that are now dropped from those 4 NMs, what can you tell me? I've heard the drop rate is now slightly higher... How can be the normal version be obtained? What do you think about this change? Will it be useful for users? Will those item (standard version) become more affordable?

Thank you for your attention ^^

Yes you can do supply quests to Tavnazian Archipeligo (sp). I have done this but I think you have to be higher in the missions to complete it (not sure how far but I want to say chapter 4). Tulia does not have an outpost. It has an owner flag, that is it. Thusly you cannot do a supply quest to that location.

As for the homing and return ring they appear to be the same thing. Same number of charges, same reuse time and both RA/EX. That is why someone would spent the extra CP to get the second ring. You can only have 1 of each so if you want to OP warp twice in a 24 hour period without having to be in your home town then you'll need both rings. You pay a premium though to get the second one (or you can pay more for the first one and second would be cheaper but I don't see why).

They changed the animation on the teleport/warp enchantment items. That's all, hehe.

This is just a rumor.

(skipping #3, dora answered it.)

All items that have only one charge are self-recharging, as far as I can tell.

(skipping #5, dora is correct.)

thank you SO VERY MUCH for your answers! Very useful!!

So sad you can't recharge items... There are some (like those from the last Christmas event) which you can't get in any other way, and they are so useful :( It's a shame you can't recharge it.

P.S.
The item you could get from the previous event... like Homing ring+, and Return Ring+... If I'm not wrong they had only 1 charge, so they were rechargable? :O OMG... so much valuable! ;_;
