It is a quest, but you cant really 'find' the NPC, you have to zone into oldtown from the north guestberg entrance where the ENM moblin is.

A friend of mine just finished the CoP storyline and it has been confirmed that upon completion you get to choose either Rajas Ring, Sattva Ring, or Tamas Ring as your reward. The bonuses of these rings depend on your level. At level 30 it gives minimum bonuses and it slowly increases until level 75 where it gives maximum bonuses. I can't wait to get my Tamas Ring this Saturday when my group finishes CoP.

Well, there goes my dream of owning one of those beauties.

Just a quick note to let everyone who might be waiting on the next update know that I'm still working on it... I seriously underestimated the number of NMs that were added with this patch. :>

Sorry, that's on double super secret background; revealing that could endanger national security!

But seriously... we dig through the data files, a lot of Japanese and LS sites, and rely on the excellent help from players who run around and figure things out fast. There's more regarding this in the Content section of the About ffxi.somepage.com article.

Just a note to mention that this has been updated again, with more new NMs and NPCs listed.

Faith Bahgnahks drop from Jailer of Faith in sea. I would therefore assume that all Virtue Stone weapons drop from their respective Jailer.

Demonic Tiphia can also cast Paralyga, but does rarely. I've heard she can be solo'ed, but I've for sure seen three Lv75s kill her without coming close to death. Only problem is getting enough damage dealt.
