job/subjob traits?

I was leveling thf/mnk in the dunes, and it just hit me that I noticed a job trait that reduced enemy TP after every successful melee attack. I've since switched jobs and can't verify the name of the trait at the moment, but I know I don't have the trait as thf/war or war/mnk. Are there job/subjob specific job traits? Verification?

The trait is called "Subtle Blow". NIN and MNK get it. MNK gets it at level 5 so SJ /MNK LV 10 or higher will have it.

Yeah thats it! Is it new? I didn't notice that job trait in any of the forums that I quickly checked looking for an answer. Are there other job traits for other jobs that aren't listed normally? Now my curiousity is peaked...

There have been a few job traits added in the last year to mildly help a handful of jobs. That one was added in April 2004, and can be seen in the
patch notes
. The best bet to finding little known additions is to check the
FFXI Updates
section of the
FFXI Resource Repository
. If you're really adventerous, you can read the old Japanese patch notes that are auto-translated, to see when parts of the game were added.
