Since the recent April update, 18 people can enter the ENMs You Are What You Eat, Simulant and Playing Host. However the amount of received exp will be reduced when entering with more than 6 people. I cannot say how much is this reduction, 'cause i do these ENMs with my static party of 5-6 people.
Last Friday when we were doing all 3 of them, the message states about the new max amount of people and the exp reduction. Doing these ENMs with 6 or less people still gives 3k exp for each.
I don't do Vahzl ENM, but I assume it's probably the same with it.

same for all ENMs. it's "Recommended X members". If you go over that number, you get EXP penality, and will need to share the drops with more players ^^ I think the solo ENM60 is MAX 1 member though. And the 3-of-same-race is also MAX3, but this one isn't sure... But even the 3 members and 15 inutes cap could be entered with more then 3...
