Im just a little confused at to how often Jaggedy eared jack spawns. I camped him for a couple days on end. I heard a couple of different things.

It's a lottery spawn, meaning it can pop pretty much anytime. See it that way; WHen you kill a rabbit around G-9 and H-9 in West ronfaure, the rabbit that will take its spot is from a pool. Jaggedy is in that 'pool' amongst the other regular rabbits. So if ppl tell you it pops every 1 hour or 2 hour or whatever, they are both partially right and wrong... It can take 1 hour or less... or more...
Since a couple month ago, Square apparently put a minimum timer before the NM is put into the 'pool' though, preventing 5-10 minutes pops like some were doing a year go.
( see Leaping Lizzy that could pop after 3 long hours... then pop again 10 minutes later )

Did you kill all the rabbits in the surrounding area. When you do that each rabbit spawn has the chance of being the NM(random though), instead of a normal spawn rabbit.

Let me just tell you that Jack seems to tend to do the extremes. Once it took over 9 hours for it to spawn for me. I had /rng and was spamming Widescan. I don't think any1 else was camping it. Another time it spawned within the hour. I dont' care too much for Jack.
