ENM key items

Does anyone if the same key items are used for the new ENM's?
For instance ENM 40 and ENM 50 battles in Monarch Linn. I just did an ENM 40 that used key item monarch beard. Do I need the same monarch beard item to activate ENM 50?

Interesting points there. That raises another question: can you access both the level 40 and level 50 Monarch Linn BCNMs through Riverne A? Or can you only do the 40 ones through Riverne A, and level 50 ones if you get to Monarch Linn through Riverne B?
I guess the easiest way to to know is based on whether or not you have access to all 4 of the Monarch Linn ENMs, once you get to the zone via Riverne - Site A.

I'm 95% sure you can access it through both Rivernes as Monarch Linn is a single area. Hints to prove what I say:
When I reached Monarch Linn from A01 for BCNM, we met a party tehre that was on B01.
When we did B01, we had option to enter ENM40 when we got to Monarch Linn.
